    Yes! The theme is Enchanted Forest— think enchanted forest meets Renaissance faire. Formal wear is welcome, but we invite you to weave in your own touch of fantasy, rich colors, flowing fabrics, or subtle nods to your inner celestial being. Feel free to dress as your inner woodland queen, knight, elf, bard, or gentlefolk of the realm. Capes, corsets, satchels, flower crowns, cloaks, leather boots, or your best mystical glam are all welcome. No stress if you don’t want to go full fantasy — Dark muted colors, earthy tones, flowy dresses, and ethereal fits are always welcome here ✨
  • Can I bring a plus-one?
    You’re welcome to bring as many guests as you like. Whether it’s your partner, besties, or your whole adventuring party 🏹✨ Just make sure to list their names when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly (seating, food, goblets, etc.). We can’t wait to celebrate with you and your crew!
  • Where should I stay?
    You may reserve a cabin through us directly Gatlinburg 3-Day Cabin Retreat. For those who prefer other lodging, nearby inns and hotels in town will also be available.
  • Are kids welcome?
    Yes! Little ones are absolutely welcome to join the celebration! That said, in the spirit of full transparency, please know that this will be an adult-centered event with drinking and smoking present, especially later in the evening. If you’re comfortable with that, we’d be honored to have your kids there. Just let us know how many are coming when you RSVP so we can be sure they’re included in the magic 🧚‍♀️💫
  • Is there transportation provided?
    The wedding venue is just a short walk away from the cabin (right beside the cabin), making it easy and convenient for guests staying with us. ​ For those who may need additional transportation: ​ Uber/Lyft: Ride-share services are available in Gatlinburg, but please note that wait times can be longer than in larger cities. We recommend scheduling rides in advance when possible, especially during peak hours. ​ Gatlinburg Trolley: A great free option for getting around! The Gatlinburg Trolley offers complimentary rides to many attractions throughout the city and also connects to the Pigeon Forge trolley system. ​ We encourage guests to plan ahead so travel between events and around town is smooth and stress-free.
  • Are Uber/Lyfts common or available in the area?
    Yes, Uber is available in Gatlinburg.You can request a ride through the Uber app for 24/7 availability.However, be aware that wait times may be longer compared to larger cities, and it's a good idea to consider reserving rides in advance or exploring alternative transportation options, especially during peak hours or for longer distances.   • Is there a gift registry?
    Your presence is the greatest blessing we could ask for. If you feel moved to gift, we will share a registry link for those who wish to contribute toward our next chapter together.
  • What time should I arrive?
    Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM and we don’t want you to miss a thing! If you’re late, you may be asked to wait until a break in the ceremony to be seated.
  • Where is the wedding taking place?
    We’re getting married in Gatlinburg, Tennessee — surrounded by misty mountains and fairytale views. The venue and full address can be found on the “Wedding Details” page. It’s worth the trip, trust us.
  • Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
    The ceremony will take place indoors, but in a beautiful space with large open windows that let in the fresh air and natural light — so you’ll still get that open, airy, almost-outdoor feel without having to worry about the weather. The reception will be held indoors.
  • Where will the ceremony take place?
    Our vows will be exchanged in the mountains, where sky kisses earth and spirit meets strength. Full directions will be shared once you RSVP, guiding you safely to the sacred ground.
  • Are there options for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions?
    Absolutely! Every guest’s wellbeing is honored in our realms. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. Our feast will include carefully prepared options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free diets, and common allergens, so that all may partake safely and joyfully in the celebration. ✨
  • How much is it to stay in the shared cabin?
    For those who wish to stay with us in the shared wedding cabin, we are offering a 3-day lodging and meal experience for $240 per person ($250 if paying on Cashapp). This includes: Cabin lodging for 3 nights Meals & refreshments for the full weekend Fireside hangs, woodland vibes, and whimsical memories Cost: $240 per person ($250 if paying on Cashapp). | Deposit: $125 per person ($120 if paying on cashapp) Deposits are due by January 1, 2026 to hold your spots!! Deposits are Nonrefundable. The remaining balance must be made by March 2026. Space is limited, so please RSVP early to secure your place in the realm. 🌙
  • Do I have to stay at the cabin if I wish to attend the wedding?
    No worries! The cabin stay is completely optional.
  • Is there a difference between the cabins?
    Yes — we’re offering two types of shared cabins for guests who opt in: 🏰 The Party Cabin: For those who love to dance, drink, smoke, and stay up late around the fire. 🌙 The Family-Friendly Cabin: More chill vibes, quiet evenings, no smoking indoors, and kid-friendly. We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe, so when you RSVP, please let us know which you’d prefer to be placed in!
  • What payment methods can I use to reserve my cabin stay?
    We want to make the process as easy as possible! You can pay for your cabin stay directly on the website using credit or debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, or Klarna. We also accept CashApp if that’s more convenient to $CabinRetreat2026. Choose whichever path feels most aligned, and your stay will be sealed in preparation for the union of realms. ✨🏔️
